Abstract

All the participants who make oral or poster presentations have to submit a short abstract within one page no later than April 15, 2012. Please download the template of abstract and follow the format.? The acceptance will be notified till the end of April.

Conference Proceedings

An independent proceedings book having ISBN number will be published after the workshop.It is NOT a special issue of any periodical journals. The participants who make their presentations are strongly enhanced to submit the corresponding papers for the book.

[ Instruction of paper writing ]

There are two options for submission of the manuscript.

(1) Submitting by e-mail. Due Date: June 25, 2012.
If you would like to submit your manuscript by e-mail, the manuscript is to be submitted a PDF file to the workshop secretariat (2012workshop@bnm.mtl.kyoto-u.ac.jp) by June 25, 2012. Please note that only PDF files are acceptable.

(2) Submitting at the workshop site. Due Date: June 27, 2012.
If you would like to submit your manuscript at the workshop site, two printed copies are to be brought to the registration desk at the workshop site by June 27, 2012.
